Has anyone tried using a heated cover for a steering wheel?

I actually had to look them up because i wasnt sure they even existed but IMO it seems the cord is a potential safety hazard and wouldnt risk it. Remote start or going out in the mornings before getting dressed to get it warmed up are probably the best route to go

Thanks. I've gone back and forth at times on heated steering wheels. My dad liked it in his Tahoe. My wife has it in our Grand Cherokee; but sometimes it seems to get a little too warm. Had just seen the covers when surfing the internet one day; had never heard of them before that.
