Sorry, it this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything that related to my situation.
I have a 15 Ram 2500 SLT Diesel, when I bought it someone installed aftermarket heated seat kit. Recently I replaced the clockspring and when I did I installed the the one for a heated steering wheel. I purchased a heated steering wheel and control panel. The truck is already wired for factory heated seats and steering and has the 8.4 radio. I know I need the heated seat module to make the steering wheel work. Since the seats have a after market kit that wasn't wired though the factory harness is there away to add the heated seat module without factory heated seats or do I need to replace the seat harness to install the module? If so does anyone have the part for that harness? Looking at Mopar parts listings they do not say which one is the heated seat harness.

@Mpgrimm2 might make and sell the harnesses you need. You can send him a message.

I only support factory 13-18/classic 4th Gen heated/vented seats and wheel in 4th Gen 13-18/classic trucks.
(ie requires complete, 4th Gen seats with their associated/complete Mopar seat harness).

... Assuming you do actually have all the needed wiring to the driver seat , you will need to source and correctly add the correct CSWM and it's associated seat side wiring to support it, which isn't easy info to find.
(Or pickup a seat of 13-18/classic 4th Gen heated front seats and ditch the aftermarket setup?).

I do have the factory power seats, Just don't have memory. The aftermarket heated seat pads are just hard wired to a power and a switch is mounted in my center console to turn them on. I was planning on replacing them with factory pads or replace the seats if I can finds some that match and don't cost a ton. In till then I was just going to get the steering wheel working since I had to change the clockspring for a other issue. When I installed the steering wheel and the switches for the center console I updated the ALPHA OBD and did have a fuse in the fuse box for seats/steering wheel. The steering wheel does show up on my radio, just will not stay on. That's when I did more research and bought the heated seat module(68217268AF) that goes under the drivers seat. That brought me to where I am at today to trying to find out what I needed to install the module.
