Well my hella 700ff series lights finally came in. So far I've prepped all the wiring, replaced the stock ****** connectors with some all weather ones and a new 30 amp toggle switch bc the one it came with looks kinda outdated IMO. Anyways. 2 questions
1: what would be the best way to run the yellow and green wire to the toggle switch inside the vehicle WITHOUT drilling a hole in the fire wall?
2: since I have four lights. Can I connect 2 ground wires together to create a single ground wire? And then ground that.

Right beside the main group that go into the truck is a little rubber nib/nipple whatever you would call it. I used that to run wiring for 2 sets of lights.

You can splice the lights together as much as you want. I have 4 HID'd Hella 700s all run to 1 switch and 2 grounds.

You can splice together all you want. Just remember that you'll be increasing the load on that wire.

I would run all the ground together, and ground where the light bar mounts.
I would run each pair of lights on a pair of relays mounted under the hood.

There is a 1.5" x 4" plastic plug in the firewall for where the clutch assembly would go, this is a great place to run wires through. Can be removed to drill and install a grommet, then just pass through your wires.

I used the rubber nipple as well. Just snip it off, and run your wires through. Tape or silicone around them when finished.

I put an all weather fuse under my hood and tied that to my battery for a direct connection and ran the relayed cables through a rubber boot high up and on the drivers side to my cab. Zero drilling, just followed the existing cables in but had to remove the shin guard to get access to everything.

Put the switch and relay in the cab and I have zero wires showing.

i like the idea of no drilling, i do recall seeing that 1.5" by 4" plastic piece. perhaps tomorrow ill get around to it..today i had to remove the headlights and reinforce four ballasts for my headlights that were coming loos. tomorrow ill spray the side steps and put the lights in first thing tomorrow morning!! oh yes and ill definitely post some pics.
thanks for all the helpful tips/advise gents!
