cruising around 65-70 they were around the -10 around that area. is that normal?

Yes, that is right around where mine are when cruising. When you are feeling it stumble at idle or when you stop it is probably pulling a little too much fuel and leaning it out. At least that is what would happen with me when I first reload the tune.

ok that is good. how long did it take for yours to learn it fully

Well, I would say about three days worth of key cycles. You know, drive it to work, drive it home, a couple trips after work. Do that for a few days and the stumble should be gone.

Another thing to remember Nick is even pinhole leaks in exhausts can cause issue's with some trucks and depending on where they are located. Try to get that one O2 **** plugged, small leaks can cause a vacuum affect with the exhaust flow because the exhaust flow kind of pulsates. A hole will blow exhaust gas out and suck in outside air effecting O2 readings.
