Help Lens Removal for retrofit

So I picked up set of tyc headlights from rockauto and baked them for 15mins at 250 and I can't get any where, the lens wont budge. Any Ideas? Should I do the oem heads instead of the tyc?

0212353 would probably be the best to help you since he custom builds headlights. I have heard many people talk highly of him of helping people with their builds so I am sure he will help you. Well I got it apart but its not pretty. I turned the temp up to 260

Now my issue is the projector mount is bigger then the oem bulb hole. what have you guys found to be the best for boring a bigger hole? thanks

I would use a step bit to bore them out. It should keep them nice and even.

Got it all apart, primed and opened up the socket.

What do you guys use to clean the inside of the lens?

got everything painted but I'm having trouble getting it back in the lens. Gonna practice and then touch up. Next time I'll just pay JJ, cause this is a PAIN.
