Looking for one with the pin hole closer to the ball.... most I find seem to have the hole closer to the other end. Really just looking for something that will fit well, not bounce around or stick out too far. My old one was almost flush.

Look into the b&w stow and go. Bit pricey but it's a hell of a ball mount. Adjustable height multiple balls for all trailers and swings up under the bumper when not in use. I got a 3in drop tri ball set up and I wont go back.
The 2 5/16 ball is rated for 10k also.

Just get a normal one, and redrill the hole where you want it...............I had to do that once but put it farther away from the ball on my toyota I had in high school (back in the early 80's).

Worked fine, and I literally gave that mount to my neighbor about 3 months ago cuz he needed one and I had way too many.

As long as the holes aren't touching each other, you should be fine. Preferably, at least 1/4" between them would be best.

The setup above will really hurt ground clearance if that is a concern.

Have you considered something like a Convert-a-Ball to use with whatever mount you prefer? I've had one for many years; has 3 balls and is easy to change.
