Help Narrowing Down Search for 2014 Sport Door Panel

Ok, so my driver's door handle on the door panel is broken. I'm referring to the piece you grasp to pull the door closed, not the 'arm rest' that is repairable by drilling out plastic rivets and adding screws.

I'm trying to find a matching door panel replacement. Can you guys guide me towards what years specifically use this exact door panel? Is it only on leather interior trucks? Is it only on trucks equipped with the Alpine system? What years and models have the same door panel? Are there different front door panels for crew cab/quad cab/single cab trucks?

My 2014 1500 Laramie is having the same exact issue, grab handle on the inside is broken and when pulling my door shut the grab handle slightly comes apart from the door

Same issue with both front doors of my ‘14 Sport. Pass. door handle has broken completely off & now driver door is coming apart.
I’ve looked on eBay but will probably start searching local junk yards soon.
