HELP!!!!! Steering wheel bolt went back in crooked

All,
I need to figure out how to rethread my steering shaft. When replacing my steering wheel i somehow misthreaded the mounting bolt and have now stripped the shaft inside. My bolt will only go about half way in. Anyone know how I can rethread this thing and use a new bolt?
