Having starting issues with my 03 ram 4.7 4x4. It started having issue a couple weeks ago. When starting it would start to crank then stop. I would have to turn key off again and try again it would start right up. I did not do this every time. Usually first start of the day or after it and set for several hours. This last week when got unit to head to work it had done the same thing. While driving it died. As if I shut the key off. Put it in park and started right back up. This respected several time before I had made it to work. When I get off work I could not get the truck to start. It would start to crank and stop, as if I let off the key too soon.
I have replaced the battery
Replaced crank sensor
Replaced ignition switch
Cleaned IAC
Tested fuel pressure(aprox. 42lbs) with ignition in on position and and crank.
Tested for spark. All good there
Disconnected crank sensor. Truck will continuously crank but not fire.
Disconnected cam sensor. Truck will continuously crank but not fire.
Checked fuses and relays under hood. Even swapped some around.
Disconnected map sensor. Still would start to crank but stop as if key was let off too soon.
Sprayed starter fluid in intake. No change.
Found a broken ground strap form passenger side head to body. Replaced it. no change.

I am at a loss here. Any ideas on where to check next. Already thinking it could be PCM but don’t want to put out the money for one if it isn’t the problem.
Also forgot to mention used a scan tool to pull codes. There was none. Did the key trick to display codes. Again there was none.

Look at my threads I'm having the exact same issue finally starting to make head way with it, looks like a bad coolant temperature sensor will flood the **** out of it. When bad it tells the pcm that temperature is 40 below
