I have a 2028 outdoorsman,
Planning o 285-70-17 tires on stock alloys,
Bilstien 5100 on all 4.
2 “ spacers on rear.
I want to keep a few inches of rake on profile.
I shouldn’t have any issues with UCA’s correct????
I’ve read that I won’t, ???
Thank you
Jeff

Besides being from the future lol, you should have no issues with 285 wide tires rubbing

I have 285/70R17 on stock 2003 Ram 17x8" alloys (25.4mm offset) and they fit with the factory upper control arms and with aftermarket Readylift upper control arms. The fit is tight but it works and the tire does not rub. There's not enough room for snow chains on the front, because of side clearance with the upper ball joint.

(If it's not clear, the truck is a 4th gen 2015 4wd 1500, the wheels are from a 2003)

The lift height doesn't affect this at all but I do have Bilsteins at the highest setting (2.8") in front.

If you're lifting the truck all-around, look into the Mopar 2" lift kit. It includes rear shocks with almost 2" more total travel (as compared to the stock replacement, 0-1" Bilsteins) as well as bracketry to manage your rear sway bar and brake lines, and bumpstop pad extensions to go along with the rear lift. I know everyone's proud of the recipe they picked, so it won't offend me if you don't go that way but I can report that almost 5 years in and ~25 Western states of travel it's been a good setup for me.

Thanks man,
I was on another Ram forum, and found this set up.
I hope it will work satisfactory,
I already bought everything.
285-70-17
Bilstien 5100 all around
2” spacers on rear.
