Help with Screen issue

Has anyone had this issue with their screen? I have a 2019 1500 Laramie and 1/3 of my screen has messed up colors. Anyone know if this is software, hardware, or wiring?

Try a soft reset. Hold down the Volume and Tune buttons together for about 10 secs until the screen reboots.

I tried that, I can’t get it to reset only turn off. Not sure if I’m just inept though lol

Pull the negative battery cable for 30 minutes and reattach.
