I recently saw a post over on one of the car forums about this after market E85 sensor/injector interceptor for the SRT motors, but I haven't seen anything for 5.7's. Something with a fuel sensor like what you can do to a Coyote or apparently after market like this is the only way I'd consider it. Accessing E85 means driving into the city where one can actually find the corn gas for me and IMO has limited uses except for fun days. Most guys I've seen running E85 on 5.0's don't see a whole lot of gain unless they're fully built or have boost to take advantage of the extra octane.

Edit : Was totally wrong on the 5.0's its GM that uses the fuel content sensor. The 5.0 is using the O2's to detect the alcohol content like some of the flex fuel hellcat tunes (Got bored and did some more research). I guess if there's a way to swap to hellcat wide-band O2's, get them readable by the PCM, and find a tuner that has the experience to build the alcohol content detection into the tune you could have a flex tune.
