Sorry for posting this in the second gen forum nut considering it will be going in a second gen I thought it was alright. I am getting tired of the limits of my 46re and even though I have no complaints with the engine I have been throwing this idea around and started to act on it. I have found an engjne for a steal (500) with everything except the transmission. The g56/hemi was in the Power Wagon for a few years but I cant find out if it was a special g56 or a normal one (like out of a diesel). The nv4500 was different from gas to diesel and am curious if the g56 is the same or not. Any info will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I apologize for the incorrect spelling on a few words in that post, but any help? Wanting to see if anyone knows if the G56 behind the hemi is different (bellhousing, shaft size, clutch size, etc) than a G56 behind a cummins? Again any help will be appreciated.

I am going to find out hopefully this week what all the differences are. I will post my findings.
