Are there any differences in the suspension between the hemi sport and the regular 1500 quad cab?

As @HemiLonestar said, the only difference will be whether one is 2WD or 4WD when it comes to the suspension.

What are the differences in the hemi sports? I have an '04. "Ground effects", hood scoop, standard 20" rims, and bedside stickers. These are what I am aware of.

Pretty much it, as I recall (@Fast69Mopar might remember better) the Hemi Sport didn't even get the exhaust kit the Rumble Bee and Daytona got.

You are absolutely right. The HEMI Sport trucks didn't get the exhaust kit that was installed on the Rumble Bee and the Daytona trucks. Some of the HEMI Sport trucks had an optional Fuel Filler Door installed but I have seen them in Texas with the standard body color door. Many of the Sports that were sold on our lot only had Sport Badges and nothing else to identify them.
