I know this may be irrelevant to this group,
But I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Hemifever for having hands‑down the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with in the tuning world.
We went through three different transmission tunes trying to get my setup dialed in, and he stuck with me every step of the way. Later we came to the conclusion that my backup files were corrupt for some odd reason. But it Didn’t matter if it was late at night or inconvenient he was right there helping me troubleshoot, adjust, and get everything working exactly the way it should.
You don’t see customer service like that anymore. Hats off to him for his patience, knowledge, and commitment. Honestly, there’s no other customer service I’ve seen that comes close, and he’s earned my business forever.
If anyone is on the fence about getting tuned, Hemifever is the real deal and will be with you every step of the way.
