In all honesty, with your current performance mods in your sig, you may feel a slight gain over the canned dsp tunes but it wont be much. It wont be an instant transformation into a race car or give you boat loads of more hp/tq. If anything it will make it run a little nicer/smoother.
Personally, with your list of mods, I would pass on the custom tune for now and pick up a wideband o2 and get that installed first. You need it for any custom tuning specially when it comes to cams/heads. After that, get your parts decided on for your cam/heads, and then I would focus on the custom tuning of it.
Edit.... Just saw you had headers installed in your other post, still would get a wideband before custom tuning, and still would probably hold off until you get a cam and/or heads. I had a custom tune from him after I had me headers installed because I was getting a lot of KR. The performance really did not go up any, just the driveability smoothed out a bit and the KR was reduced.
(also........ make sure you get a PCM AND TCM custom tune. The PCM tune will make it run smooth, the TCM tune will turn it into a hot rod.....)
