I'm Luis, from France, Paris.

I just buy a new Dodge RAM 1500, white body, imported from Germany.

I would like to know if it's possible to have the name of the actual owner with the serial number of the Dodge.

In fact I cannot get the French registration form for the car...

yes you're right.

In fact I want to know the actual name registered for the VIN of RAM.
As writter, I have some problem to get the French certificate registration...
Do you know where can I have this information?


The guy (professionnal) in France sold me the RAM with a copy of Original Certificate from Dodge, and say me that I send me the French certificate when available because it's a new car
