Hi! New Guy Looking for Suggestions!

Hey guys I'm new on here, Got my 1st truck about a month ago and I haven't really done much besides new Tires, Rims, and Sound System. I bought stuff to tint tailights which I will be doing this weekend, but I want some suggestions! I really want a nice 4" Lift! She's only a 2WD so if someone could help me find one =]

x2 i wouldnt want to lift it and put bigger tires on with if only being a v6.

Just gear it to make up for the power loss .
