I did it in mine. Mounted them on the top support. There's a cut out on each side and I drilled a small hole on each one for the bolt to go thru. Very easy. Can't see them much behind the grill until their on.

Plus is it difficult to wire it all u. ive never done any work with lights before, is it hard to do? How about the switch inside the truck, does a kit come with it or do i have to buy it separate?

Very easy, pretty much just connecting the + wire to the battery, then the - to the ground(metal) then hide all the wires, put the switch inside, through the foot well. Boom, you have yourself behind the grille lights.

Its more visible because the flash. Most of the time its hard to see. When you pull the plastic cover off you'll see the spaces on the top. Just drill holes big enough for your lights and mount them and aim them. I used a remote switch so I didn't have to run wires inside. Mine came with the harness and relay but I used the other. Run one line to a ground. One to the battery then run your switch somewhere.
