The threaded shaft is listed as being a 20mm and the hole in the headlight bucket is 3/4 inch, so that maybe a tight fit to seat the projector itself. As far as clearance behind the OEM bezel, it may be a bit of a tight fit if you plan on using a projector shroud.

I have the Profile Hi-Lens in my high beams and I had to trim the inner edge of the OEM bezel of the headlight. I know @1500ram12 has a set he is going to use, I don't know if he is using it in a quad set up.

Maybe he has a quad set apart that he can check fitment....

We put HID Bi-Xenon Projectors in quads, both the high and low slots. Had to do a bit of trimming and a lot of aligning.

The morimoto HB led highbeam projector is a 2.5" projector. So fitting that and a shroud will definitely take trimming. As posted below I'd probably trim more of the quad bezel then the shroud. The one positive sides of the profile pivot Hi-Lense Led highbeam projectors is you don't need a shroud with them. I believe they are technically a 2.5" projector also.

I did install the morimoto HB led highbeam projectors. I installed them in a set of alpharex 2019 style headlights so I didn't have to worry about fitment. Mounting was more of a challenge.

I was just looking at the hi lens and think I may go that route...but may just get both to see if I can make the projector work first as that is what I would rather....I believe I read you had used both how was the light output from the lens compared to the led hi projector...

When I tested both with a lux meter, morimoto tested brighter. This was at roughly 20'. Although I ran both it's hard to say because they are with different set ups. The Hi-Lense I ran along side the stock alpharex projectors and they don't have a high beam feature, with a bunch of different low beam bulbs. They definitely are bright. With the morimotos I have them paired with the morimoto H1 7.0 projectors and a 55w Morimoto hid's and the combo is great.

This lux meter is not designed for LED light sources, and as a result, readings can be off by 20%. Or more.
