hose that connects to air lid 5.7 hemi

What is the hose that connects to air box to oil fill next? just a breather. I was ordering a catch can and noticed that hose also. Looks like that one would have lots of oil mist going into intake also. Thanks for any help

If I remember correctly that one when I installed my vararam I Put a breather in the rubber 45 near the oil fill. I dont see why you can't do that without the vararam
