I miss high school some. I weaved the drama so I was always in the clear. I was friends with everyone that wasn't a freshman. So it never sucked. Lol

College is pretty great, but I do miss my friends

No sir. I attended Sam but I moved home in July because i only have one class left and i am taking it in the woodlands. I was a bartender at Chili's for years. I'm up there quite often though because my girlfriend still lives there.

Just an option for those making a long haul down there...I want to say you can camp out on the beach in the area we'll be meeting. If not that exact area, I definitely know you can about 3 miles down the road. It's pretty much just stop where you want on the beach and pitch a tent. There's also Galveston Island State Park that's closeby and they have beach side camping as well. So there's a couple options if anyone is interested in staying the night down there.

Your stock tires will be fine. My brother in law has a 2011 sport 4x4 all stock and he gets around even on dunes just fine.

If you don't floor it, yes. Just follow the tracks on the sand, you'll be fine.

If anyone plans to camp overnight, then I dont mind bringing some heavy fishing gear. I wouldnt mind soaking a few baits overnight in case a big boy decides to roll by. Most sharks are gone by November, but it would be worth a shot.

I'm gonna bring my bait rod and two senators... Probably my 4/o and 6/o. In the past few years I've brought in some good size sand bar, bonnet head, black tips and one mako around the Nov/Dec months. I won't forget straps either. My 2500 on stock 265's might have some trouble haha

Hemi, you plan on taking your cummins out there??
