We had a 2003 (or 02 I don't remember exactly) Ford Excursion which was nearly deemed a lemon. But Ford finally fixed the problem after 3 tries and gave us $10,000 and a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty.

On the other hand my mom as a BMW X3 which has had some serious trouble with the transmission and things couldn't have been worse! Bad bad bad service people.

I would imagine Ram's support/service would be more like Ford or even better to clean up problems like this. Good luck with everything.

Anyone who tries to screw an insurance company is straight crazy. They will take away everything including your name if you are caught. Plus your butt will be sore from the years in prison. Insurance fraud is very bad from what I have heard.
