Just pinch and pull at the rubber bump/stabilizer things and you should be able to un-tuck it from under the plastic around the top. Once you get a little bit freed up it should come out pretty easy. Kind of like a bicycle tire on/off a rim.

Or just fill it halfway with some water and let it soak then wipe it out
