How much lift do I need to be able to clear 37s

A 6in lift would be cutting it close so you'll probably want to add an body lift too it. Like 1.5+

6" pro comp lift will clear 37's depending on how wide of a rim you go with

What he said ^^ A 6" lift (of any brand) by itself can clear 37's provided the wheel width and offset is correct. However since most guys run a wider wheel and stance you will need more than 6" of lift. Adding Bilsteins to the lift for additional height will often be enough to clear the 37's but it all depends on the wheel specs.

No need for wheel spacers if you're buying aftermarket wheels. Just get the correct offset.
