I have a HVAC problem. At times it shuts off 5 to 10 seconds after i start the engine and sometimes it won't come at all. I do know about the recall on the wiring in the steering column to the Unit. If lift it up the unit stays on. I've tried keeping the wiring hoisted but there's no heat. And I'm afraid if I keep those wiring hoisted it'll drain the battery when engines off. So how do I fix those wires and how do i keep the heat on
