I’m sending pictures 2017 ram express put in 2014 Laramie leather heated vented seats

I have all the proper hard keys in but I can’t really get anything to work besides the seats. I took the truck to the dealer to have a backup camera installed and programmed in. Before that the heated seats were working but now nothing and the lights are on in the hard keys.

Did you install the seats or did you buy it that way? If you installed the seats did you make your own harness.?
