I have searched for a bit and cant find an answer to my exact questions, though I could have missed it. Anyhow, I am going to do the 2.8 Bilstein in the front and 1.5 Icon's in the rear. Can the icon's be used with the stock shocks in the rear? Also, what lift point did you use on the truck to get the rear tires up enough to swap the coils? Thanks in advance!

You could as long as you're not jumping the truck as the stockers will be around 1.5" shorter than a longer shock designed to run with those springs.

Lift the truck from the diff pumpking then place the jacks in the frame behind the LCA's mount.

2 jacks and 2 extra stands will come handy if you don't have anything to compress them as you'll want to disconnect the trackbar from the axel to give you enough room to fit them in.
