Ideas on shift kits

hey guys! Anybody in here have after market shift kits or "shift improving kits" installed in their ram?? What's your experience with them and how well are they working out for you? and did you install a bigger tranny cooler with it too? Any feed back would be great!

no shift kit, but am playing with shift points with my Superchips Flashpaq.
