There are a few mods I would have skipped, mainly because after I did them I ended up replacing them with something better. But thats a fact of life I guess.

i would have bought a 2500 with a CTD... or at least a 2500... theyre cheaper to lift, i could have a truck camper no problem, and i'm not a huge fan of IFS
i also would get an '05+ so i wouldnt always get left out on the tuning!!

Wouldn't Change a thing, live and learn, love my Truck. As for Mods from my personnal experiences I can say that for each the novelty quickly wears off and never really satisfied and finding you just want more. I have set a light that hopefully leads me out of the Tunnel which is Gears and well maybe a different Cam!

I haven't done many mods, but I will as soon as I pay it off. I got about a yr and a half. I've only spent about 100 dollars on it so far. Can't wait to send some money on it. I do enjoy driving and looking at my baby. My wife is jelous.

I really wanted a Power Wagon, but I have to admit that I wouldn't use it to its potential and the gas MPG's is horrible, if gas ever got back up high I would be seriously walking!

I would have done it all again. Even with all the cost that goes in to the mods, it is still totally worth it to me.

The only thing I'll trade my truck for is a MC w/ a CTD. Couldn't afford one the first time around so I'll just pay on this for a couple years then trade up.

I love my truck and will have it until the wheels fall off and I replace them and they fall off again. I only wish that I would have held onto my 05 4x4 too so I could have had the best of both worlds. My lowhemi is my dream car

If they would let me drive it on public roads, I would trade for a M1A1 Abrams, that and some oil reserves. I heard they are a beast on fuel!
