In cab distribution panel ( fuse panel)

where in the heck is the in cab distribution panel ( fuse panel ) on a 2019 classic ??????
and would the high mount brake light fuse in located in there !??? because i can not locate it in the tipm ( fuse panel) under the hood
but i am told there is one in the cab i just don't know where ! lol

It's in behind the knee panel under the steering column,you have to remove a couple screws on the bottom of the panel,then it should just pop off by pulling it towards the seat,theres a few clips that hold it in place after you remove the screws

would you happen to know if the fuse for the 3rd high mount brake light is there ? no mention of that panel being there at all in owners manual lol
