In dash nav-what all is needed?

So I bought a used rec unit from a guy with an 06 ram and the damn thing is jammed up and both disc players won't accept discs. Lucky me though, he's gonna take it back and refund me. So now I'm thinking about aftermarket. I already have the nav bezel,what is needed for the wiring harness and bracket to hold an aftermarket unit in? Went to best buy today and those guys are morons and didn't have the harness or anything. Just confused as hell on this in dash nav, will basically any double din work? Could someone please provide links for the exact harness and bracket so I know I get it right. Gonna stop by Columbus car audio tomorrow and talk to them, hopefully they might have everything I need and I can just pick it up there

I'm sure any double din will work with the truck, however you might have to do some adjustments to the dash bezel for it to fit, but that's common. I think you can get the harness at wal mart if I'm not mistaken, but the audio shop should be able to tell you more.
