In need of a lug nut.

Well, I got to looking at the truck and I found I only have 4 lug nuts on my front passenger wheel and I have no clue where the 5th one went. Where can I get a replacement one? They are the ones that need an adapter to get on and off. I checked amazon but I couldnt find anything.
