Mine are slightly different due to my 1.5" body lift. My bumper bolts are slightly higher than his compared to the bumper.
Started with this. (Ignore my chicken scratch notes lol)

Cut it to this. Didn't have the correct tools but made it work. Lol

And installed

I cut slots in my brackets to leave for some adjustment room, which I did need.

Very nice..

Not sure if this was asked, but did you leave the black plastic insert installed and just cut slits for the mounts and wires to go through?

my wires didnt need to be routed through the plastic insert they come out the side/back of the light bar so its behind the plastic. but i trimmed my plastic insert to fit around the light bar after it was installed for a cleaner look.

I trimmed mine too. Held it up, marked the outsides of the brackets, cut a big square out of the center and put it in. Then I put my light bar in.
I could have trimmed the top and bottom a little more on the ends but with it touching the insert it keeps the bar from touching painted plastic on the bottom, where it was close before.

Wheels are 20x12 -44 offset, tires are 33x12.50's.
2.5" leveling kit and 1.5" body lift. About an inch clearance front and back.

I can get some.
You want close ups of the insert or of the light bar/bumper clearance?

Sure thing. Might not be tonight because it's probably going to be after dark before I get home.

Here's some up close pictures. Hopefully they can help you guys trim. By bar is essentially sandwiched between the insert strip on top and bottom towards the ends. This prevents it from touching any painted parts.

If I were to do it again I would have trimmed around the mounts a little better instead of just a straight cut outside of them.

Thanks for the pics and inspiration. I just ordered a 24" curved led bar for my 12 sport bumper opening.

You have to trim the entire width.
The light bar goes deeper than the insert sits.
