Interior wrap

Decided to tackle wrapping some interior parts to change the look, looked easy enough. Well, it wasn’t as easy as I thought it’d be. Took longer than I thought but for being my first time trying it, I’m pretty pleased with it. It’s in no way a perfect job but I can live with the flaws, might try and touch up some of the flaws at a later date but as of now it’s gonna stay the way it is.

Looks good. I’m considering this too to get rid of all the blinding chrome. Did you remove any parts or did you just wrap it?

I removed everything, very simple and easier to put the wrap around the back of the panels

Great work. Vinyl color is a personal preference when it comes down to choices. I did something similar to mine last sunday. It is just the blue and titanium color brushed metal vinyl. The blue one in place of former wood grain and the same color goes on door panels. It took me 2-3 days of patient work.

I need to try to wrap a few things, hate the chrome trim ring around floor shifter, want to wrap it with a silver or something to match rest of interior like brushed aluminum look.

Brushed aluminium is quite neutral, can't go wrong with that. But it is up to subjective preference I like matte chrome also but since it leaves fingerprints it is not very practical for daily use. There are some 5D carbon films out there.

I've never attempted a wrap before... Has anyone wrapped this wood grain trim panel area of the doors? I can't stand the woodgrain on my Laramie CC and haven't found any limited panels to swap with.

If so I'd like to ask some questions/get feedback (preferably by phone) on what's involved exactly, finding suitable vinyl as close to limited style as possible (to match the limited wheel & dash), etc.

Anyone know a brushed aluminum that would match the stock looking brushed aluminum. My 2013 outdoorsman(SLT) has the brushed aluminum accents on door panels etc.
