Intermittent serv 4wd( any help?)

I’ll be able to tell you for sure when the second new motor gets here, i’ll pull old one apart again and see what was causing the intermittent high resistance. Im assuming a bad connection inside motor.

Another kinda funny story, after I returned the $99 amazon knockoff motor for not working and setting codes from new. I found a post from a guy who bought same knock off and he found the motor wires reversed. So I checked pics of knockoff vs oem and indeed pics show the two motor wires are reversed, can’t say that was with mine as i already returned it but it would explain all the codes it had from start up.

Hello friends, still working on intermittent serv 4wd light.
2017 outdoorsman 3.6
Just got a bluedriver to pull chassis codes. Codes below. Any advice where to go after this? Change TC motor or more trouble shooting?
Any questions about parameters of intermittent serv 4wd light just ask me. Thanks for any help!

The failure is detected if there is a difference between the wheel speed received from CAN and following signals are both greater than a calibrated value for a calibrated amount of time:

ANTI LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) DTCS ARE SET​
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) DTCS ARE SET​
OUTPUT SPEED SENSOR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED​
TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM)​

The C140A has six sub faults:

C140A-11 - TRANSFER CASE MOTOR CONTROL-CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
C140A-12 - TRANSFER CASE MOTOR CONTROL-CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERY
C140A-13 - TRANSFER CASE MOTOR CONTROL-CIRCUIT OPEN
C140A-19 - TRANSFER CASE MOTOR CONTROL-OVERCURRENT
C140A-4B - TRANSFER CASE MOTOR CONTROL-OVER TEMPERATURE
C140E-00 - TRANSFER CASE MOTOR BLOCKED

Update. Finally got new shift motor(open box return from ebay)
Switched out motors then cleared codes and went for test drive. Heavy rain during test drive also went through 4hi and 4lo. Seems good. Came home and ran scanner and no 4wd codes and that tranny speed in/out code is now gone!
Haven’t tore into old motor yet but i tested resistance on new motor at 3.9ohms and after removing old motor it tested at .1 when first hooked up and will climb slowly to .7 ohms.. im thinking maybe a internal short maybe? Anywho its nice and I finally have fixed all issues on my ram…
