Intune 1000 updated to i2 updater wtf...?

wtf did Diablo do? I just tried to update my intune 1000 as the dealership overwrote my tune so naturaly it needs to start from scratch again and calibrate, so I go in the house thinking business as usual ill update it like I have 100000000 times before plug it in an off ill go starting from scratch with my tune. Well it ran the old updater screen, "updated" pretty fast, rebooted, and now it just sits at this "i2 updater" screen that says no updates are avail. So I rebooted the tuner, and the same screen poped up. I tried this like 5 times, then I removed all the updates and tried again, and this screen is still there..

wtf? did DS discontinue the 1000, and break all the 1000's with this update to get people to buy an i2? Or is this normal and I need to wait 16 hours.. and im just being realy impatient? I just dont see that its doing anything...

You simply need to contact their tech support guys, sure they will be able to get you up and running

I have called every number on their website and I could find online and they are all busy, or the wrong number.

Ever get this resolved? Same thing just happened when I updated.

They have absolutely zero customer support on the weekends. Not even on the Diablo forum. Pretty ****** of them seeing how that's probably when most people mod.

It happened to me. We are supposed to restore before we take our vehicles in. You will need to email them your serial number and some additional information from the tuner. I also had to send proof that the flashes were done at the dealer (I sent the invoice).
