Commercial code reset

Good afternoon everyone. I have had an issue since I purchased my 2026 MegaCab Laramie cummins dually, I can not access the commercial settings because before I left the dealership I was not aware of the code being input wrong. So I've tried multiple times inputting 0000, 1234 and even a code my dealer gave me that they said would work. My question is how can I reset the pin code to default with being locked out or at least just being able to access the functions that it gives you. My 14.5 screen has the 4 aux buttons that came with the vehicle that are unavailable due to this issue along with a few other things. Im frustrated to say the least because uconnect, customer care, parts, service, all that and no one knows how to reset this code.

I've contacted them and they had no clue of what I was talking about and thought my 4 aux buttons weren't standard equipment but thought I put them in so go figure. I took this truck to various dealerships and they seem to all have a different answer as to how to fix but they cant for whatever reason. I have read that Alfaobd will do it but these 2025+ year yrucks are running difficult electrical architecture so I need to wait to get the right stuff and do this myself it seems because I can't find anyone that has a fix. I have tried everything from dealership to ram connect to uconnect to battery disconnect to even resetting to factory settings and nothing . Im sorry but im sick of the run around that you get from everyone anymore and the old saying is still true "if you want it done correct you need to do it yourself".
