Is it possible to change the button cluster in the steering wheel?

My Cruise "On" button doesn't always respond, but the rest of the buttons in the cluster do. I'm thinking it's just wearing out. Is there any guides / information on changing just the button cluster, or do I need to do an entire steering wheel changeout?

Thanks

Should be quite easy to do. Need to pop the plastic cover on the steering then probably a few screws to remove the button module. I'm sure someone that has doe this before will chime in. :)

This is a common issue. Mine does this after less than 1 year owning the truck. I'm sure you can go to any wrecker and get a set which will probably happen again.

you should be able to change out just the button cluster on the wheel! see your dealer with your vin number i just checked the Canadian OEM Mopar web site for my 2019 and it shows the switch cluster sold separately about $170.00 CDN so you should be able to get one for yours !
Good Luch

To fix this, hold the gear selector + and - buttons down for about 10-20 seconds. This will fix the unresponsive cruise button. After doing this several times when it occurred for me it eventually stopped happening altogether without replacing any parts. Its probably been 2-3 years since last it happened for me.

I recently replaced my steering wheel in my 2014 Express (cruise and EVIC buttons only) with another 2014 wheel that has audio controls, and the upgraded EVIC with phone access (UConnect I assume). I got the audio controls working no problems even with my aftermarket Pioneer head unit. But I lost all my access to the EVIC, and of course the phone/VR buttons do nothing. I have been painfully searching any AlfaOBD links to figure out what setting I need to change to get at least EVIC options working again. I have a feeling at this point that I might just need to put the LH switch cluster from my OEM steering wheel into the new one. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
