Is it possible to leave rear camera(s) on?

Is there a setting,trickfuck or anything that can be done to be able to keep the rear camera and/or cargo camera (18 limited) on continuously when requested.... I’d just like to be able to keep it on at times while plowing-primarily for a couple of busy commercial lots as people are just stupid and backup alarms, strives and a big ass truck & plow aren’t always enough indication as to what’s happening!

I don't think so, at least with just the single camera on my 16 it isn't - well without jailbreaking the radio.

On the earlier radios, there was an aftermarket program that could, not sure if they cracked the 18's or not.

I can. But mines all aftermarket. I bet an audio shop could figure it out though

Buy the hack software from Customtronix and it removes the annoying lock out for navigation while driving and lets you go to the rear camera at anytime

If you can not find a by pass for the camera what about a after Market Wi Fi set up ? There may be something you could use ?
