I figured I would post this as I'm sure someone will run into the same issue, I just had activating DRL. Activating worked flawlessly once I worked through my stupid mistakes.

Mistake number 1 I have seen posted but figured I would post again for a recap as it got me. Make sure you go into your infotainment and click on DRL after you activate everything with Alfaobd.

Mistake number 2 I didn't see posted. I live remote and had nobody to help when wife was at work so I put parking brake on while in drive to check to see if DRL were working. What I eventually found out after many trial and errors is that your DRL kick off when you apply the parking brake even if in gear. They were working the entire time I just didn't know it because the parking brake was on the entire time.

Thanks to those who posted everything else.

Thanks for the general reminder to all.

I recall the trucks where I worked in the '80s or '90s, where applying the parking brake would disable the lights.
IIRC, this was before they started having all the lights on with the ignition.

When tweaking the DRLs on my Ram, I found they are so bright that I could park in front of the garage door and still see them in daylight hours.

All my lights are in except for the led’s. Figure to tear off the grill ( raptor lights), R an R the headlamps for led bulbs (due the 19th) and tackle the fog lamps. The trouble is I have to get an inspection when my plates transfer. I’m still waiting on the dealers notary to contact me. If I throw everything together but do not get the flash I would fail the inspection. Or just do the raptor lights and headlamps.

Uh.I think the truck shifts to park if the door opens. I tried to check my reverse lights the same way. Shift to R set the brake and open the door. That’s when it went to park. Next time I’ll do a bo duke. And use the window with a rebel yell!!

I fixed the door opening Auto-park on my truck with a seatbelt extender.

They Auto-park if you open the door while in reverse without a seatbelt installed.

Interestingly enough. I purged my power outlet. ( went dead). Figured I had a fuse to fix. Nope. It reset. But as I did take a look at the fuse box under the hood. I saw a wider fuse is needed next to 93/92. They stuffed a regular size fuse ( 20 amp) in it. I never saw one. Like that. Would auto zone have them??

Not a 3 prong fuse.

In one position, it has power all the time and In the other position, only power when the key is switched on.

Pretty sure it is just like the usual fuse. Two prongs. But farther apart.

I'll rephrase, in case I wasn't clear earlier.

The socket takes a standard fuse. You choose whether you want constant power or switched power to your charging port, by which side of the 3 pin socket you put the fuse in.

The pin on one side is a switched power supply, and the pin on the other side is a constant power supply.

The pin in the middle goes to your charging ports.

I set mine to constant a few years ago.

Yes and no.

As Ken mentioned, it's a standard-sized fuse plugged in on one side or the other.
The fuse in discussion (as shown) is in the F90 - rear Pwr outlet / Battery position, or can be relocated to F91 - rear Pwr outlet / ACC.

When mine did this the nozzles in the hood crumbled to dust upon inspection.

Filters came in. Cabin filter was mushed in the slot, upside down and backwards. That got switched along with the air filter for the motor. ( mebbe a year old. )
