Michelin and BFG have AT's around 35". The Michelins really look like highway tires. Toyo OC AT's that I have now are as quite as the stock wranglers that came on my truck and are 10 ply.

I have the Toyo Open Country A/T's and they are quiet and not all that aggressive but will still do well in snow and mud.

when I had nittos terra grapplers I thought they were mild as hell, they also really sucked on everything but dry pavement imo. I also think procomp might make something that your looking for. Dont recall off hand.

Goodyear wrangler silent armour's are great; or the procomp AT (not the extreme AT) is a 35" tire that has an AT tread with "highway" style mannerisms

for a 15in rim procomp has them up to 31s. With a 17in rim you can get 33s. I would just talk to Dave(ramhunter9)(DB truck customs) and see what he has to offer. If they have something out there like that im sure he sells it and for a good price. Other wise its time for plan B.

depends what your overall goal is and budget, also how bad you need new tires.
