Is this a decent brake setup?

Just wondering is this decent for the price. I have a 2015 1500 and I dont do any towing or major hauling. 99% of my trucks use is just for commuting.

That looks like a stellar price for a front and rear brake job.

As myself and many here will recommend, do a brake fluid flush and fill with a quality brake fluid at every brake job, and then service them annually every year thereafter (late spring to early summer so all that winter road accumulation of salt/sand/debris is removed and everything is freshly cleaned and greased up for trouble free braking with no pad sticking).

I recommend considering going to a DOT4 brake fluid (OEM they come with standard DOT3 fluid, if I'm not mistaken). This is an important thing to do as the fluid is an integral part of your braking systems functionality and force / pressure abilities to activate your calipers to do their jobs, especially in panic / hard full stop circumstances so you don't get fading due to boiling point threshold limitations from old and worn fluid.

Looks like a decent OEM replacement kit, other recommendations have been the step up PowerStop kits (good for bigger tires/lifted/trailer towing) like the Z23 or Z36, or the Wagner OEX.

I guess it depends on how you drive. I drive in a spirited manner, so I prefered to upgrade the brakes when they were needed to be replaced. I am very happy with the Z36 kit. I do tow, so my decision was easier. I wonder if you could mix and match to get those rotors with the better pads?
