Is this part of the harness OEM?

Tracing a seperate issue when i came across this right next to the OBD port.

Exposed wires. Previous owner installed an aftermarket remote start so im not sure if this is part of that setup or not. Basically need to know if i can just cap them or do they belong somewhere

That is not part of the OEM wiring harness. That wiring loom that is zip tied to the main harness belongs to an aftermarket accessory. Can you see where the other end is connected or is it all ******* right there with that zip tie?

If U do not find where it is in the harness as FAST said, as a minimum tape the ends of the wire(s) in case any of them are still hot...

Yeah, not OEM. I'd cut the zip tie and trace down the other end.
