Have the full Mopar warranty and currently six weeks into a broken transmission with no end in sight. Service center, along with Ram customer service parts center, clueless as to when a new approved transmission will be sent for installation. Full warranty is letting me down. Anyone have suggestions for succes?

They are probably hoping that they have a spare transmission in a warehouse in the USA.

I don't think Chrysler makes any ZF 8 speed transmissions in the USA
If not, the transmission has to be shipped over from Germany

When you figure out how many 8 Speed ZF Transmissions are needed daily just for the Rams, Jeeps, Cars & Promaster Vans.
Shipments have to be coming in once or twice a week

Just at the 2 Ram Assembly Plants in Michigan, two 8 speeds are installed every 7 minutes

Your ESP isn't letting you down, the parts just aren't there.

Doesn't seem like they are denying the work, they don't have one to install.

Lots of things have changed during COVID - no more loaners, no guaranteed rental for 5 days (for the ESP), etc. Luckily none of the work I've had done kept me from driving it while I waited for parts.

Hopefully they find/get one soon for you.
