If you paid by credit card, call your credit card company to dispute the charge. Lock Er Down will have to prove to the credit card company they sent the item (and you received it) or the credit card company will do a chargeback and credit the amount to your account.

I can't comment on whether or not these safes are any good, because I never received mine. Based on the recommendations I bought the Extreme console safe for my 5th gen Ram. I placed (and paid for) my order on November 25, 2022. Today is Feb 14, 2023 and I STILL haven't received it. If I call I get lied to. If I email it is ignored. I have never experienced anything like this. This thing cost $500 and they've had my money almost 3 months. I really don't know what to do except come here and warn others. I have literally been scammed and this company will steal your money and then ignore you like you never gave them 500 bucks.

Why did you join the forum ? All you’ve done is complaining about how you’ve been taken advantage of. If you used the forum for what it is you could probably have avoided at least one of your issues. As chri5k said contact your cc company for a refund. We have lots of knowledgeable people on here willing to give advice , for free . May life treat you better from here onwards.

I joined the forum to read and learn. In this case I thought I would share my experience to help others. Why did you join? Thanks for your kind wishes I guess, I hope you may read only happy things from people from here on out.

PS - I did search extensively for any review of this company. If there was a post I missed that would have helped me before ordering please reference it if you can.
