Just got some 35 12.50 20 Toyo open country m/t on my stock sport rims I had some rubbing issues at first like a lot of rubbing. Then they put a 1/4 spacer on the front end, but I'm still not convinced that it fully cleared it I can put a finger between the tire and the strut mount I believe it is. I'm still not fully convinced like I said.

the only thing you should be rubbing if you are is the fender skirt. Just trim the bottom edge. Look and see if its touching at full lock

3.5" level?? Any reason for such a tall spacer? It's recommended to stay at 2.5" and under to avoid premature wear and damage.

Idk my local 4x4 shop did it I trust them they I would figure they know what they're doing. The only reason I new it was a 3.5 because I was messing with my control arms because they were rubbing on the new Toyos.

I wouldn't trust any shop that provides a leveling spacer of more than 2.5", 99% of people would agree. That much lift from a spacer dramatically changes the suspension geometry. This puts a lot of your front end components at damaging angles. You will have a lot of premature problems, just a heads up. Your ball joint will pop out of your UCA very soon. Either weld that in or get new UCAs.

I recommend doing some research before trusting a shop. RAMforum is a great place to do research since there are thousands of us who have "done this and done that" and we know what works and what doesn't.

Best of luck!
