I think its a good deal especially since I just missed out on the Lifetime Maximum Plan for $4,590. What they are offering now, and it has changed from a couple of months ago is the same coverage, but with a time or mileage attached to it. 8 years or 125k miles for $3,881.78 or 7 years unlimited mileage for $3,828.60. Playing the numbers game I went for the 8 year plan based on my annual miles driven. Now, covered repairs (as I understand) is the same as those outlined in the Lifetime Maximum Plan.

I also understand from the rep they offer an oil service plan and all dealers use PUP 5W-20. I'll still check with my local dealer on this.

Thanks for the heads up on Chrysler Warranty Direct. The two plans are identical and I save $1,377.00 with Chrysler Warranty Direct. Definitely a learning experience when it comes to dealing with these guys. Oh, 8yrs x 125k miles for $2,505 with an additional $150 off.

I tried them, and two others, got my price and then called Ziegler Ram/Jeep/Chrysler, Ziegler saved me just under $300. for the exact plan. Competition and pure Capitalism are a WIN!

Yup, I canceled it and went with Chrysler Direct, 8yrs x 125k miles for $2,505 with an additional $150 off.

Nice,

I’ve only had mine a couple of months and I’ve already started getting my monies worth. My CEL came on last week. The dealership found a faulty sensor in my fuel pump, so they replaced it. I only had to pay my $100 deductible for $1100 worth in parts and labor.

I canceled it the day after I ordered it. They credited my card and stopped the recurring payments.

Got a lifetime $100 deductible plan from Zeigler back in 2014 on the wife's grand cherokee. They were the best price at the time and easy to deal with.

I just got the maxcare 8 year 100k miles $100 deductible for $2095 which she said is $100 over their cost. For $400 I can get a suspension rider after I install a lift kit that won't void anything and covers the suspension as well. I thought it was a good deal.

I was also offered that plan but I figured I would hit 125k before 8 years.

Geico has a plan as well that covers all the same stuff, you choose the repair shop etc but the deductible is $250 instead of $100 and can be added up to a year or 15k after purchase for $93 every 6 months. Plus since I can add it at the 1 year point I'm not paying for the 1st year for nothing. They did not mention a time or mileage max either. I think I'm cancelling the Max are and will jump on Geico in a year.

Geico says this is for new or leased cars that are less than 15 months old and less than 15K miles and can be renewed for up to 7 years or 100K miles. Its cheap enough but a $250 deductible sucks.

Nothing beats a Ziegler priced FCA warranty. No third party crap. I bet that "Geico" is a licensed brand name and gets a royalty for each policy. Buyer Beware.
