lack of power

I have 1998 dodge ram 1500 5.9 V8 and i put in a new fuel pump and drove it for 3 days and it was running fine and last night i was driving it and it bogged out and now it only idles nice but as soon as you hit the gas it boggs down and it seems like its gona die, but if you push on the gas slowly it goes fine until i hit 2 or 3 grand in rpms

is the check engine light on? My 1998 dodge ram was running great at idle but shook a bit at 2-3000 rpms.Today the check engine went on....it is the o2 sensor..... Make sure you didnt kink any hoses when you did the pump?

recheck the fuel tank area maybe you kink a hose? or just kinked it enough to slow the flow of gas? make sure all plugs were tight?...i always ck the easy/stupid thing first
