I recently bought a 2003 ram 1500 4.7 rwd and I have a broken leaf spring, is there a difference if I get a set of springs from a 4x4 truck instead of another rwd

Yes. There are no less than 7 different rear leaf spring pack part numbers for the 2003 ½ ton. These vary by truck build and are matched to how the truck is equipped. Would they bolt in? Yes. Would they be right? Not necessarily. Might your truck handle/act differently? Also yes.
